“I’ve had many worries in my life, most of which never happened.”

-Mark Twain

This blog is designed to give simple observations on habits and practices of successful people and identify what seems to set them apart from others.  It provides observations on tactics and strategies to live a more peaceful, successful life.  Indeed, the term “successful” is often misleading.  In our culture it implies that successful people are superhuman, financially wealthy, or somehow capable of things others are not.  In fact, the prerequisite to success is failure. The prerequisite to success is being at peace with yourself and your failures.  These posts will hopefully be a reminder that we are in control of our thoughts, actions, and ultimately, our environment. Although it may not always seem like it, things turn out best for those who make the best of the way things turn out.
